Add minor in game rewards to forums

Allow for rewards when u follow / post on forums.
Or for sharing artwork and gameplay, etc.
Make forums, events, etc. accessible (put it on the menu screen when live).
Advertise upcoming events thru lippy (or utilze lippy more so in general)
