At this time we do not have any name-changing services available.
The only exception would be if a user is reported to have an inappropriate or against ToS username.
We can definitely add a +1 to a name changing feature request, though. 
Hello, in some future they are going to implement a name change function, I have no problem waiting, but I would like to know if they will implement it in the future, anyway, thank you for your attention
At this time it’s not something we currently have planned but we have expressed an interest in it with our design team.
The decision will ultimately be within their hands.
