In short my lippy quest availability doesn’t seem to be resetting properly. I used to play in my account in the past and some time ago my lippy quest counter seemed to stop resetting and I couldn’t claim the rewards every day after the daily cooldown. Every time the daily cooldown is reset my quest instantly looks like it’s already been claimed but I haven’t started any matches or played any and I don’t actually get the 10 coffee for doing the quest. Could anyone in the staff help me with this the help would be much appreciated. Also has the deal for getting coffee for watching adds been removed or is it just my account not having the option anymore due to an issue. Here is a pic of my shop I can’t see the getting coffee for watching an add deal and yes I am online although I don’t think you can play the game without being online I dunno lol. Again thanks In advance for any help.
did you start playing the game on phone and switched to Steam? The steam version has no watchable add for coffee function.
Regarding Lippys quest, i can only say that the Daily coffee for 4 started games reset every day. so if you’re started only 3 games, it will reset to zero and you would have to start 4 again. the other missions will not reset before claiming or re-rolling the mission.
About switching to steam on pc no I haven’t so I dunno why i wouldnt be able to watch adds for coffee also about the dailies im not talking about what you were referring to. What im trying to say is that I complete the quest one day then the next day I come back but the quest is shown as if I’ve finished it for the day and yes the daily jacks have reset so I know the lippy coffee quest should be available again but it isn’t. This has been happening for some time for me and I dunno what to do. Thanks for trying to help doe
Also there’s something I just realised. I also can’t watch any adds for the jacks. Like I’m sure you know that when you get your daily free jack you can watch an add for another free jack and it resets from time to time sad thing is I can’t see that either. My theory is that my game might be getting confused with something internally regarding timers and maybe my time zone making my game tweak out. Hopefully the devs can see this eventually and help me out I love the game but it feels sad to lose so much daily extra coffee and stuff especially since this is one of the few games I’ve spent money on lol. Either way all I can say is I’m happy the devs have made this great game my heart goes out to y’all

you might be right, i could imagine that in the cookies of the game and other stored data like downloaded advertisement videos can corrupt and therefore not be loaded. Think Devs would first say something like: did you re-install?
PS: this game is really amazing yes, just strategy (mostly)
