Who wins asynchronous games when one player doesn’t respond. Is it the Currently winning player or the last person who responded? However, usually it’s the same person the losing player stops responding.

If your opponent doesnt respond in the time its shown (3 days) than you automatically win, doesnt matter who was currently winning, if he doesnt respond than he loses and you would win, think of it as your opponent surrendering

As IDK has mentioned, if your opponent does not respond with the amount of time they are given, you will be deemed the victor of the match and receive the rewards for winning.
