I’m able to receive event rewards but can’t track the event in game

I logged on an iPad and everything works, currently on my phone I am not getting any event info, I can’t see the news and I also can’t see any offers in the store. I’d like to buy some of the offers and I’m already apart of your subscription service so can you please find a way to make this work for me. I have heard nothing from youre discord support.
