Free coffee offer wall

Hello, I just made a purchase through tapjoy, and I haven’t gotten the coffee yet. I realize it may take a while but I also realized I used a different snail than the one linked to my account. I didn’t know if this had any bearing on if I was able to redeem the rewards and was wondering if there was any way I could fix it.

As mentioned it could take a little bit of time for it to populate but you can check through the portal if you are able to claim coffee. Otherwise, we would definitely suggest reaching out to TapJoy support through the portal. :slight_smile:

These two images should show you how to find & claim your coffee, as well as, open up a ticket with TapJoy support.
