Not receiving earned coffee

I have yet to receive the coffee I have earned.
It has been nearly 16 hours maybe more.
I also filled out a survey for coffee and didn’t get that either. It’s starting to get frustrating. I have photo proof. I can post the photo proof I can show an admin or an email from Phobies support that I receive. Because it has personal information such as my address, but I would like this solved please thank you.

Still haven’t received any help. I just want the earned coffee.
