He doesn’t follow the rules of physics anyways. If you pay attention, when you spawn him, he will gracefully appear out of the vault and fly down while shaking the screen without touching the ground. He may be the only Phobie that makes an earthquake during appearance while still flying.
Also just realized that half of Blinky’s inside is hollow
