Have you been ending any matches in bad faith? ( Surrendering or any “bad-like behaviours?” )
This could be a potential why it may not reset. Could you let us know if it resets during the next period? Also, try to avoid surrendering or any negative behaviours during your matches and see if that helps. 
I’m also having this issue, I don’t surrender ever. It hasn’t reset in about a week now. The only thing I can think of is I recently took a break from the game and came back to around 10 games that expired.
