is there currently or is there plans for support in a non-open forum?
for questions on payments or other issues that shouldn’t be clogging the plublic forum, it seems like a good idea? Or if there already it, it currently is hard to reach.

I suggest you join the discord server for now (if you still haven’t) since our staff are so much active in there. You might wanna hit them up via DM if you do have concerns.
