Welcome to Phobies Tech Support!

This is a space for Community members to discuss technical issues with each other as well as Devs and SGI staff members. Please note that we regularly monitor this thread and will respond to all concerns as soon as we can. Our response times may vary during holidays.

Before posting here, please take the time to check our threads for Known Technical Issues and Known Bugs. If you cannot find your issue addressed in either of those locations, then you can proceed to create a new topic for the issue using the guidelines below.

Please keep all posts on topic.

Off-Topic (will be locked/removed) = Anything that does not fit the mentioned topics.]

  • Technical reports are for issues that can prevent gameplay such as problems with installation, patching, and crashing.
  • Bug reports are for more general issues with the game.

If you are unsure of the category for your issue, please choose the topic you consider to be the most appropriate and proceed accordingly.


  • Do not hijack threads with new topics. Posting on an issue which is similar but different from yours might lead to your issue being ignored. Please make sure to comment on a dedicated thread for an issue that might have already been raised. Feel free to report an issue separately if it is uniquely different from other topics.
  • Please post a subject with a clear summary of your issue. Subject lines reading: “I need help!” or “Can’t play no matter what” only serve to make your issue harder to resolve.
  • We understand that emotions can run high while dealing with technical issues but posting in an abusive or disparaging manner will not be tolerated .
  • Please do not post direct contact info for other companies. It is acceptable to post links to websites where contact info can be found but posting contact information here on the forums is not permitted.
