The game stops when they are loading the keys. It does not freeze but I cannot play only the incomplete keys of the opponent’s side appear. The music music does not stop and hearts move but I don’t see the rival’s turn and I can’t play.

Does this happen in both ARENA and ASYNC mode? Are you able to create a ticket over on our discord so we can collect some more information from you?
