Ticks disease damage is not increased by 50% when applied to Sssizzle, i dont know about other dimensionals, and i DID target a constructed wall, and not Sssizzle, i dont know if that has anything to do with it but i hope it helps get to the source of the problem

Sorry, life has kept me busy, no I do not, my apologies, sizzle is rather rare, but ticks diseases d.o.t works fine on other dimensionals, even when targeting a wall or other non dimensional phobie
