I was short about 200 XP to upgrade a Phobie. When I tried to, it showed that the coffee cost to replace the XP was 0. When I try to go through with the upgrade, it fails and tells me to report a bug.
Been seeing this one a lot recently, i believe the devs know about it already but id have to double check.
