All my 7 keys phobies cannot used their special skill

Regarding your 7 key phobies, which ones are they? Could you share them? Do you see a little lock by their ability?
Mr. Tramples , flesh crawler, heavo 2.0 , i Even reinstall the game but did not fixed. Yeah pressing their skill cannot activate or lock enemy, please help
Special abilities require a certain amount of turns to pass before being able to utilize them.
Do you see a little lock on the special ability icon?
Yes a know that, i just can’t used it, even they are newly summon and one move left, they cant used their special
