The phobies that already in arena can use their skill. But when i summon new phobies to arena. I can’t use theirs skill. Not only heavo. I try all phobies that have a skill. But still can’t use it
there are some phobies that their ability is locked for the first few turns
On the skill button there’s a mini lock with a number indicating that you cannot use it yet.

Exactly as Yhoal mentioned!
There will be x amount of turns required before a Phobie is able to perform a special move!
