some of my phobies cannot use thier special skill, as u can see from the picture, gargles had one move left, but cannot turn into a statue, its not only garlgles also mr tramples, heavo2.0, flesh crawler cannot used their special skill, please help me fix this.

Hey Stabby.
Some Phobies require a certain amount of turns to pass before the ability unlocks itself for use. The special ability icon has a little “lock” icon attached to indicate this.
