Do you want to contribute to the Phobies community? Then join our Phobies Mentors Program! Our mentors are volunteer players to whom SGI has given some trust and will offer their time to assist and guide their fellow players - especially new players seeking assistance!
Mentors will guide and direct players to the right place to get the information they need and assist them on Discord if they have any questions about the game.
The Phobies Mentor team ensures that every player who needs guidance and information about the game on Discord is assisted. SGI does not employ the Phobies Mentors.

Tasks
Answer player game questions in the Discord server, reddit, and forums
Keep the community a friendly place
Share game information to the community, especially to the new players on Discord
Represent the Phobie brand with passion and competence
However, take note that volunteer mentors DO NOT:
- Modify or penalize player accounts
- Have access to private player account information
- Provide in-game compensations and bug fixes
- Have creative control in the game design process
- Will not perform moderator tasks
Requirements
- Active on Discord, forums, and the game for at least 5 months before the recruitment
- Must be at least Level 15 in our Discord Server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the English language
- Knowledgeable about the game
Eligibility
- Must be 16 years old and above
- The date of birth registered in the application is the applicant’s real birthday
- Account must be in good standing and must have a good reputation in the community
- Must provide first and last names, legal or verifiable, not a fake name or an alias
- The email registered to the account is verifiable
- Must sign the NDA
