Moderator Responsibilities:
- Enforce server/channel rules and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Assist players with questions and guide discussions
- Help manage channels, events, and reports
- Collaborate with SGI staff and fellow mods
Requirements:
- Active in the Phobies Discord and community for at least 5 months
- Strong understanding of the game and its community
- Can communicate well in English; other language skills are a bonus!
- Must be 18+ with a verifiable Discord/email identity
- Willing to sign an NDA
This is a volunteer position and moderators do not:
Access or modify player accounts
Offer in-game compensation or support
Influence game design decisions
