Flying Phobies, for example, Murder Wing, cannot target terrorform boulders made by Grave Digger and Mount Crushmore. Murder Wing can only target these boulders by using their special ability which opens a special targeting window, otherwise when selecting Murder Wing you can only move your Phobies over to the terrorform boulder.
