You can trade phobies cards for exp/tears/coffee, the “choose phobie” button changes which phobie CARDS you wanna trade and the “change rarity” button switches the rarity of the cards you wanna trade, and the “exchange” button is where you can exchange your resources whether you wanna exchange cards for exp or the other way around
