i don’t know why anyone hates boofairy so much?
other than that seems pretty standard. you should give a shot to my little homie numbskull. definitivly my favorite one key guy.
and i would say zomboni does in my opinion barely qualifies for dogwater tier. some occassions when russell thinks he can “§%$§ my board.. would love to try him a bit more.
Listen boofairys niche could work if the meta wasnt so considerste of range, boofairy is supposed to be like a melee phobie counter with his potent damage reduction, heres the problem, melee phobies arent that good in the meta, id say the best melee phobie that doesnt rely on status effects or abilities is probably quagmire, which doesnt say much because quagmire still doesnt work in a few situations
Youd be spending too much on too little with boofairy, and comparing him to other damage debuffers ut really shows, like why would you use boofairy over oopsy baby? Or woolly bully? Or bad omen? All 3 mentioned are good debuffers in their own right, oopsy is the annoying debuffer who can keep sniping ya, woolly bully is the safest option that helps mitigate a big threat for 5 keys, and bad omen has an aoe debuff for 2 KEYS, with boofairy it would most likely die when it tries to go in for a debuff because youd be getting dangerously close to enemy territory that is most likely grouped up and ready to punish you when you get close, i honestly dont know how to rework boofairy yet but the state hes in right now just makes him a big noobstomper and thats it

using him over bad omen is meta, because barely no one has bad omen. good for you that you have him.
like you said, wooly is more for ranged, boo for melee. but i shut down many ogres with this guy, just recently again win because of him. and ability to check somewhat ogre would rate him lower than wooly but in the same class. boo most likely shines the most at late game. you just want this guy at your hearth. oopsy is a complete other annoyance of a atk drop. gingstings hate this fellow.
good that i don’t care about meta (since FB i have no trust in any META lol) even though we most likely have the same Guys identified as S tier. and in the “unusable”. i’m also aware that we have to include all the phobies in comparision but i just don’t care about the tools i don’t have. so being outclassed by a UR is not a valid point for me.
and even though ranged is overpopulated, i see the point but in the end they lack on damage and health compared to some beloved meatgrinders.
sorry if i sounded aggressive at points but i love how we guys just get biased for freaggn phobies. maybe iÄm also biased because i got noobstomped by him so often hahaha. but to be honest whenever i play him he most likely performs his role. maybe it’s just playstyle depending
TL;DR i think he is just fine, his playstyle highly differs from wooly or oopsy.
give him some more base health if a buff is needed.

boo fairy is one of the worst phobies in the entire game. i have him in the same place lol. melees arent heavily meta and even if they were rusty, dial etc. do boo fairy’s job infinitely better.
out of all the phobies in the game i have lost due to pretty much every phobie, even lost to the jackalopes once much to my own shame. i have never lost because of a boo fairy or fish tank ever. even when running melee comps boo fairy’s lower than wooly bully health at 6 keys makes it easy to kill even if it lands a debuff which it almost never can.
this is a very good list, the only misses ive noticed are specific phobies that are more viable in specific dedicated builds e.g brony, hydra and blondie. i would rank those phobies higher but theyre very specific buildaround phobies that you need to know how to use, and for general gameplay i think this tier list holds up very well
I would maybe put those guys higher if i had a specific tier made for those kinds of phobies but im not trying to make my tierlist too complex and i mainly wanna bring attention to the ones that really need some buffs (like the D/F tier boys)
