1 mana sacrificial paddles ability is insanely strong. Idk if you planned to give it any kinda lock but if it doesnt have lock this breaks the game entirely (cupcake used to be able to be used from spawn to buff units like this does and it completely broke the game) . This kinda effect is normally put around the 3-4 key price point.
