Why doesn’t the game let me switch E-mail, I type it in and then it says invalid E-mail could not switch, which makes no sense since I use that everyday

The reason for a ticket is to keep emails private.
If someone knows your email or certain account details, it’d be at risk for someone to potentially attempt to compromise the account.
Could you please try the following:
- Try using another email address
- Try using a different device to swap the email
