Here is my current working tier list, it was made with a balance patch request in mind but it works for getting a general idea of how good phobies are. bear in mind due to the nature of this game a lot of phobies on the lower end will have specific situational use cases and maps theyre good on or are dependent on peoples collections (e.g. paddles is terrible with a bad collection but very strong if you have the right units, and things like cerberus and alleygator can be great when facing opponents with a poor collection, but as people get more tools they can be more easily countered.)

Mr tramples doesnt really replace rambolina, rambolina has specific use cases on abyss maps that mr tramples doesnt, and mr tramples has a lot of rushdown strats that its much better for than rambolina.
