Try to back up a move and the game froze. I am not sure if it game me a loss or if the game didn’t count at all.
I had the same problem it seems every time I’m winning an arena game it freezes and then crashes. That’s one of the main reasons I do not play them.And if I try to log back into the game it starts anew game instead of going back to the game I was winning. So like the OP I don’t know whether I won or lose the matches.
