Good design, and some feedback.
The brain has a too strong ability. Bogartâs get a light has 1000 damage and a fatal delay. The brain has 800 damage with 100% drain, which exceeds Alastorâs 2 hits. You should nerf its ability, 600 damage might be good.
I donât like the other two designs for double ability somekind violating the aesthetics of phobies. They are cool yet too complicated to play.
Sppiroutte is a good design. With taunt and counter, you can make its ability simpler. I think it is too risky and too much pay for the success now.
Klepto is very strange, very very strange, so I have no more idea to that.
Yeah i could see how the Brain seems too strong. The ability originally had a longer cooldown and a warmup but i was convinced it should be 1 turn by some other people and i could see why they would think that considering his base stats arent much to write home about. I compared him to Hercubees in power level and they seemed around the same strength in my eyes.
I did also consider the double ability thing too, phobies like smiley exist who have 2 passives but a phobie with a passive and an ability hasnât (or maybe never will be) made so it does seem odd. I tried to imagine how the UI of a phobie like that would look in battle and i donât think it would look very good >_< but hey, you gotta break the mold somehow right?

This is kleidi, a phobie based on kleidiphobia the fear of keys, it does extra damage based on the number of keys the enemy costs, doing its base damage for 1 keys like razor mouth, 200 damage to phobies like suckee and 900 damage to phobies like heavo 3.0

Name: PIN and PON
This Phobie is based on the Anthophobia (fear of flowers). Its attack style changes depending on its proximity to another Phobie (this will be explained later), making it versatile and interesting.
SNAP! This Phobie has a passive ability that only activates when it gets within one tile of an enemy Phobie. This ability changes its primary attack (PINâs attack) to a life-stealing bite (PONâs attack). This makes the Phobie much more dynamic, as you can use PINâs long-range attack and then switch to PONâs attack to heal. However, since it has to get close to an enemy to strike, it can be a disadvantage, so it must be played strategically.
I donât know why there are so many unbalanced design like that.
Again, a 4 keys phobies with over 6 keys state. It is much more ridiculous this time, for it is stronger than hematic ginsting state. Even with a powerful ability.
I mean, Alastor is much better and cost 6 keys, though I wouldnât mind if it cost the same or even more if you think that would make it more balanced.
Besides, I donât see it as that strong. Maybe 5 keys?
This gnom can have his twin , who can build a ladder , which can help to other phobies climb to obstacles . I think with new maps , this strategy can be more interesting. And i think we can work with the colour of gnome

Your design is stronger than Heavo state, with ability and 1 key less. If it isnât op, what is the op phobies.
A cute design, maybe an ability to make 1 enemy friendly 2turns is good.

Yes, I think youâre right, there isnât a Phobie with those stats that would be 4 keys, however, I can make changes to health, ability, and cost:
Health is reduced to 1600
Keys increased to 5
PONs attack is reduced to 500
I donât know, Iâm just presenting the idea for the Phobie, thatâs what the contest is about. If I win (which is difficult because there are already very good designs), the developers could make changes.

I value the balance of phobies very much. I know it is fun to design a cool ability for UR phobies, fashioned and powerful.
Yet what we actually need in this game is low rarity phobies. Without these bells and whistles, the things actually matters is their state and which circumstances they work.
A simple design yet necessary for certain occasion would be ideal, and it is better for every players enjoy using. Thatâs a good design.
You speaketh the truth Koyori, though it is a contest, i dont think simpler phobies are gonna win. The game needs more easy to obtain role fillers sure but this is a contest and well⌠i dont think a low cost utility fire phobie would get anywhere near winning. Thats just how it is with these sorts of things. Yeah i know, it sucks >:/
