Error with arena score

Hello.
I have two problems with the game:

1: My PVP arena battle score is wrong. The information is that I fought in 4 battles and lost in 1. In fact, I only fought in 2 and won both. Just yesterday my score was 100%, now it’s at 75% and I haven’t lost yet. How is this possible if I don’t have more than 2 Arena battles?

2: I subscribed to the basic monthly subscription and I am not receiving daily rewards or battle reward bonuses. I would like to know what happened, please.

The not receiving daily rewards may be true but the battle logs report is just wrong,

If you look at your last 50 games you can see 4 arena matches one of which was a loss.

Though judging by the replay you may have accidentally started it as you did nothing the whole match, but the game did happen so it isnt a bug

Yes, that could have been it… It’s a defeat without consent, disheartening. I appreciate your help. Regarding subscription, in fact I am not receiving the bonuses and I am also unable to renew it, can you help with that?

Im not a dev so youd have to wait for one of them, but youve made a good start by listing your username, id also list the device youre using so they can diagnose the problem easier.

Hey yuriboechat, do you have multiple accounts? If so, your subscription may be tied to another account that you ma be using?
