As my Phobies list increases, it is getting more difficult to see where I should spend my hard earned fears.
It would be helpful if when on the Fears page you could filter by Phobies that are waiting for an upgrade (i.e. have the up arrows on them), this filtered list could be further enhanced by purple bubbles over the Phobies you can currently afford to upgrade with the fears you have.
I think if the fears icon (on the top bar with the fears count) was clickable, then that could toggle the upgradeable filter on/off.
