Battle Actions - Spawn Phobies

During your turns, you can spend the keys in your Playable Key Pool to spawn owned Phobies in your inventory by selecting your own Vault.

  • You can select an available Phobie from your inventory which the key cost is affordable by your Available Keys to spawn.
  • The tiles covered by the white hexes are where you can spawn the Phobie to.
  • Spawning the Phobie to any tile aside from the Vault costs 1 Action Point for Movement.

Battle Actions - Move Phobies

In your own turns, you can consume remaining Action Points of your spawned Phobies to move them.

  • You can use both Action Points to move your Phobie twice.
  • A Phobie won’t be able to move when its movement range has been debuffed to 0.
  • The hex tiles marked in white border indicate where the Phobie can move to with 1 action.

Battle Actions - Attack

In your own turns, you can tap/click on a target to attack it when having one of your spawned Phobies selected, if

  • There’s at least 1 Action Point left for your selected Phobie,
  • And there’s any valid attacking target in range for that Phobie.

You can use 1 or 2 Action Points on attacking per Phobie per turn.

Battle Actions - Use Special Ability

In your own turns, you can use a spawned Phobie’s ability with the following steps:

  1. Select the Phobie with an active ability to open its Selection Panel,
  2. Select the ability button in the Selection Panel,
    A. If the ability doesn’t need a target, it’s casted right away;
    B. If the ability needs a valid target, select the target to cast it.

The prerequisites of using an active ability:

  • There’s at least 1 Action Point left for your selected Phobie,
  • There’s at least one valid target in range for that Phobie if the ability requires a target,
  • The ability is Unlocked and Not Recharging.

You can only use 1 Action Point on the ability per Phobie per turn.

Battle Actions - Capture Panic Points

Moving your Phobie to a Panic Point and leaving the Phobie there alive until the end of your turn (once all End-turn Events have been completed) will have that Control Point captured by you, unless

  • the Panic Point has already been captured by you;
  • or the Panic Point is covered by Mud.

Battle Actions - Undo Actions

During your own turns, you can always Undo the taken actions by tapping the Undo button.

Each time you tap the Undo button, the last action taken will be cancelled, the battle will be restored to the situation before that action.

Battle Actions - Submit Turn

When you’re happy with your actions in a turn, you need to submit it in a 2-step process:

  • When you first tap the end turn button, it changes to submit state. At this point, any unused actions are highlighted to get your attention. Tapping it again will submit the turn.
  • You can still Undo the actions that you weren’t satisfied with before submit is tapped.
  • In synchronous games like Arena Mode, there’s a time limit for taking each turn. The turn will be automatically submitted when the time runs out.
