Hello, after completing the event, I received a lower reward, where can I report it?
the odds for tier rewards are random, getting higher in the track only increases the odds of getting the higher rewards
how could I receive a lower reward when I had all possible points to earn? The events have been around for a long time and I have always received the highest level of rewards in exchange for obtaining all possible points.
Again its random, you can literally click on the I icon with the VIP and see the odds of getting different rewards at different tiers, you getting the max reward every time is actually really lucky, on average you should get the tier 3 prize with a max ticket
Every single VIP pass they do someone comes in here confused about this, i definitely think they should be more clear with how it works and ive actually mentioned that to the devs, but this isnt a bug, its always been how its worked youve just somehow managed to get really really lucky up until now
