After purchasing and spending hours participating in my first in-game event, I see that I received the wrong reward and wish support could help with this issue. (apparently more people are having this problem, it’s too frustrating).
As disclosed within the event, the tickets collected went towards increasing your chances at potentially receiving a better reward. Top prizing is not guaranteed, but is a chance. 
Ya but tier is decided by points accrued, what level phobies you get should be the only random. If you maxed out at 300 VIP points and you don’t get Tier 1 that’s just ridiculous.
