I have a problem. When I tried to creat an acc deleted the app then install it but when I opened it it says that “lost connection to the server” even though I have good network. Did I got banned or it is just a bug?
I don’t think you got banned, are you in Phobies official discord server? If so, you can open a ticket and ask for help. However, it may take some time to receive a response since the team is away for holiday.
Have you tried another device?
Try clearing your device app cache & info and see if that helps, too.
