I need help,want to report a cheater or a bug

I was playing the match and notice that the player "posion Ivy traps " are doing both physical and posion damage on the same turn.It one shot my full health contortio and Cassowary . Screen shots are provided below . The game is still going but I will just surrender its annoying.

Poison ivy is a strong unit specifically because of this, its not cheating or a bug its always like this
