about 2 days ago i have completed an offer of the offerwall however i still didn’t have the reward (even if the app is saying that when you complete the “missions” you will get the reward in less than an hour ).
I don’t know if i still have to wait or maybe something didn’t worked.
I also took a screenshot to verify the correct execution of the “mission”.

You should be able to navigate to their support through the offerwall portal.
