Offerwall rewards

Hello , I was trying to complete an game offer from the offerwall and when I was about to collect the last reward it didn’t give me anything , I asked the support about it and I keep getting an ( bot ) message for a violation of the game and idk what it’s talking about honestly… I just want to know what I did wrong which I doubt I did something that might violate the rules…
