Offer wall issue

Hi everyone, I’m having issues getting the reward from the offer wall on 4 different options. I’ve waited 2 days to play safe and nothing but phone calls from the crap I had to sign up for. I’ve read a few posts that say go to the offer wall and see the second page for the offer wall department or something. I can’t find it. Instead of telling to go look for it, please give me the email address or specific instructions to get a hold of the correct department. Thanks.

In the offerwall there should be three lines in the top left corner, click on the three lines then click reward status, then click on the pending reward and you should be able to report the reward being completed but not going through
