Why is there a tear cap? Because this forces us to pay to be competitive. So many cool Phobies and new players are beaten down to oblivion instead of having our tactical acumen put to test.
Maybe this is a problem with matchmaking too. I wish I could upgrade my phobies to be competitive and also get new ones somewhat weekly.
