Greetings! Since yesterday i dont get any of these after battles.

Those tears accumulate as you progress though the match which you receive at the end of the match. If you loose the match that accumulated number is how much tears you receive but if you win the match it disregards that number and gives you a flat 300.
If you lost the game in the turn of that screenshot you would have got 190 tears.
