First day I’ve noticed I’m not receiving power or tears after games. Frequent issue you’ve heard about from other players?

Are you able to post a screenshot? Are these tears being accumulated through ASYNC mode? If so, you should receive them once that match completely finishes.
Perfect, so the bottom photo you posted indicates that you’ve accumulated that many tears. 
Once that match has been completed and a victory/loss has been shown, you should then be paid out the tears that you’ve accumulated. ( Max 300 )
