For three turns enemies and you’re phobies that were hit and survived can’t attack and move for 2 turns. Nabla heals 500 after use.

Based of Astrophobia (fear of space).
It’s more about its ability then its actual attack

In my opinion not common or rare would be balanced

If its aoe is three, then its movement should be one. to balance things out is should do a lil less damage
