If so, could you provide us with the following information:
What is your Phobies In-Game Name?:
What device/system do you play Phobies on?:
What Operating System/Version are you using?:
Any screenshots/videos/clips of the error?:
Do you continue to experience any trouble?:

For crashing specifically:

  • Does the game launch before it crashes
  • Do you see the Phobies title or reach the loading screen?
  • Does your screen go black as if the game is loading then crash back to homescreen/desktop?
  • Have you checked to see if your device/system meets the minimum system requirements?

The crash happens after one specific game in arena mode. I was directed by the game to copy and paste the error log and did so through the button built in into the game.

Buenas tardes, tras severas platicas sobre mi asunto con la comunity manager ‘‘Nekorei’’ se me indicó reportar el bug con ‘‘harmless’’, tras leer las indicaciones procedí con reportar el problema nuevamente, a lo que me llevó hasta aquí.
Mi cuenta en Steam y Phobies (game así también el foro) se llaman bajo el apodo de CUQC13, yo juego desde una laptop marca ASUS a través de STEAM.

Según mi laptop estas son mis especificaciones del dispositivo/Windows:

El día Lunes 07/04/2022 mientras esperaba que me llegara algún turno en asincrónicas, de la nada el juego se trabó, resulta que sin alguna razón aparente me infectaron con un virus del tipo troyano.
Cada que abría el juego, al cabo de un rato; o a veces casi de inmediato, el juego se congelaba y me llega una notificación del antivirus. Cuando cerraba el juego el problema se resolvía pero no se eliminaba el virus que por alguna razón atacaba específicamente al juego. No se como pasó, no recuerdo haber instalado ni descargado nada, los sitos web que eh consultado me los marcan como seguros y cuando me apareció yo ya llevaba al menos una hora jugando al juego a través de Steam siendo la única aplicación abierta el mismo juego de ‘‘Phobies’’.
Tras ello procedí a realizar un ‘’Análisis de Microsoft Defender sin conexión’’ sin resultados, después desinstalé el juego desde Steam y lo volví a instalar sin notar cambios. Tras ello me preparé para buscar ayuda externa mediante el foro de ‘’Phobies’’ mientras investigaba sobre el asunto.
Eventualmente esta vez desde mi laptop desinstalé el juego y lo reinstalé, procedí a volver a usar Microsoft defender sin conexión. Tras ello apagué y encendí la laptop y tras ello abrí el juego; tras un rato jugando el problema ya no estaba presente y aún no lo eh vuelto a ver hasta ahora.
Cuando me sucedió el problema casi e inmediato busqué ayuda con la referida ‘’Ms.Cha’’ en espera que fuera algo aislado y no fuera un ataque al juego; en la plática se me dijo que les contactara, a lo que procedí con nerviosismo y esperanzas de resolver este problema.
Espero que esta información les sea de ayuda que no tengo idea de como se resolvió o mitigó el problema con respecto al virus troyano.

Do you recall if you received a windows update, antivirus/firewall update around that time?
Our team has been investigating this issue and it seems that it was an issue that triggered the warning. I’ll gather more clarification through an answer from one of our team members but it should indeed, be solved now!

sorry for the delay in responding, I don’t think I saw that because I had suspended the updates of the laptop, but if it is needed I proceed to update the equipment now, sorry for the inconvenience but it was something that should be reported after all.
