The description for revive phobies should make it clear that you can perma kill them by standing on the bones. I was really confused my first few times fighting revive phobies and I had to look up the ability before I realized you had to step on them
I mean it says that behind the card, and i honestly had the same problem with dial the first time fighting him, i thought an action meant the atk range lol
