You can claim them 5x a day, so you’ll see a timer once you’ve watched the ad.
You won’t be able to see the ad placement when there will no ad from the ad provider side.
There’s never been an advert. I’ve never seen one.

That would likely be due to the platform you’re playing on.
Could you check your mobile device? They should be appearing there.
They do not appear on Steam.
