I keep getting an opponent every day and all day. Hes a bot. Im sure of it
yeah he is bot, you will met enigma, abacus, trash80, etc. often when you’re new to the game

Ahh that makes sense. Thank you. Dunno why I always get enigma in arenas but I never get real players

There are a couple of reasons why you may see a bot/ai as opposed to an actual player.
Depending on your match history or the usually when you are a newer player, as Fever had mentioned! 
If you continue to see bots and no players, please don’t hesitate to reach back out so we can investigate this!
