Sparky is still good for having a few hundred more HP than Staremaster, but still hits pretty close to Staremaster’s damage against non-mechanical Phobies. It ensures that you won’t play an expensive mechanical (such as Frosty, Goldie, any of the Heavo family, etc.) that would destroy their play. But yeah, if they only put them there for Haphene, they are probably just giving you free XP.
