Hello, I just opened Dreadful Pack the guaranteed one did not fall out of it new Phobies why?
Its only guaranteed if it’s your first pull, every other pack bought after your first has a chance to pull a new phobie. Guaranteed new phobie for first time buy on all packs as well, so same rules apply.
