Again, for the second time, I buy a pack with double daily for 7 days and 1 pack that assure AT LEAST 1 rare and I find 2 common and 1 uncommon. That’s unacceptable! Please give me money back or the Rare that I should have!
its not guaranteed rare unless its your first time opening, and its not even guaranteed new phobies
As Fever said, only for your FIRST horrific pack are you guaranteed a Phobie. If this is your second or after, you’re not guaranteed anything.
As the others have mentioned. you are not guaranteed anything. However, you did receive two brand new Phobies and great upgrade cards.
