Hello again!
I’ve got a couple of phobie suggestions that I have been thinking of, but I’m gonna make separate threads for them.
Okay, so! I thought: We have Akira right? 9 key that pulls in all enemies and allies closer to it for some cheeky team wipes and stuff. What if we had THE OPPOSITE? A guy that PUSHES everything away? And so I came up with:

Fear: Tsunamiphobia - fear of tsunamis (idk if it’s 100% legit
)
Key cost: 9 or 8 (I dont think it would be as versatile or useful as Akira so maybe 8)
Race: dimensional
Health: level 1: 1900
Health level 30: 3552 (~187% increase)
AOE damage (100% dmg to target, 50% to enemies around it) level 1: 350
AOE damage level 30: 654 (~ 187% increase)
Range: 2, normal attack type (you know, needs to be in line of sight)
Movement: normal ground, two tiles.
Passives:
I actually decided to give Poseidon a passive. I thought that it’s ability is quite situational and easy to counter. It’s passive would work like Charon’s mud tiles. Every time he moves, he leaves WATER tiles. They last the same duration and they’re built to be a nuisance for the enemy. They work like a movement penalty tile type. If they want to move THROUGH it, they have to first get on the water tile and then move again. If a certain individual were to move it’s unit from a water tile to a water tile, a -1 movement penalty shall be applied. Movement cannot fall below 1. They do not deactivate any tiles. Flying Phobies are not affected by this tile. Maybe make water tiles last two turns. They seem quite op now that i think about it.
Ability: Tsunami!
Lock: 2 turns
Cool down: 3 turns
Poseidon sucks in all water tiles on the map and releases a gigantic tsunami in all directions, pushing everything back. Default direction is a straight line.
Animations
When clicked animation: none
Idle animations:
-a small ship is sailing on Poseidon’s head, a tsunami brings it below the surface and it’s not seen again.
-An octopus swims from below the depths under Poseidon’s leg, he takes it out gently with it’s left arm and tickles it for a second. He puts back through his torso and the octopus swims back Down.
-Constant thunder, water funnels etc. Occur in and outside of Poseidon. Eventually, he gets pissed and calms it all down with one swing of a hand.
Hit animation: Poseidon stumbles clumsily a step back, but quickly composes himself.
Walking animation: I’d probably leave the Akira’s walking animation here. It fits.
Attack animations: here I cannot decide. I’ll just list them:
-Poseidon raises his right arm into the sky and from his hand, still water yet visibly cleaner, water trident. He aims it at the target and the trident shoots out a water ball that explodes into all directions on impact.
-Poseidon raises his arm, yadda yadda, but now instead of aiming he prepares to throw the trident, aims, and throws it. A weak light illuminates the trident and you can see on the handle the same octopus Poseidon tickled earlier. The trident explodes into a column of water that spews upwards and the octopus lands somewhere in a randomized direction around the attack.
Design: I honestly didn’t think much of his design? What I have in mind tho, is that we keep Akira’s… like.. body, we make it a wee bit thinner and give him two normal arms, with hands or not idk.the water Poseidon is “built" out of is visibly darker and slightly dirty, also. Two googly eyes lazily float around where Akira’s head is, observing and judging.
Please, tell me what you think! In my opinion it seems like a niche concept that I have thought of, and I very much encourage any sort of criticism and opinions and fan art and stuff in responses! There is more to come from me, have a nice day everyone!
