I have an idea were if you get a phobie to Lv. 10 or so, they look cooler, get bigger and maybe gets a better stat buff than a normal one.

In theory you can’t bring a phobie to a level higher than 30, maybe it’s better if the phobie evolves at level 31?

@Fedrarck yeah, I was just saying that as an example. Lv. 31 would actually be a pretty good Level to evolve.
